Visa 132 bao gồm hai diện:
✅ Diện doanh nhân tài năng (Significant Business History stream – #Visa_132A)
Dành cho chủ doanh nghiệp hoặc người đồng sở hữu doanh nghiệp có năng lực cao muốn kinh doanh ở Úc. Các điều kiện quan trọng để xin visa 132 Úc diện doanh nhân tài năng:
– Dưới 55 tuổi
– Có kinh nghiệm kinh doanh tối thiểu 2 năm
– Tiếng Anh thông dụng/ Đóng phí thuế chân
– Tổng tài sản doanh nghiệp (net) và cá nhân trên 1,5tr AUD và tài sản doang nghiệp (net) tối thiểu 400 ngàn AUD
– Tổng doanh thu hàng năm của các doanh nghiệp đạt tối thiểu 3 triệu AUD trong tối thiểu 2 trên 4 năm gần nhất ngay trước khi nhận được thư mời nộp visa.
– Sở hữu tối thiểu:
+ 51% nếu doanh thu < 400.000 AUD/ năm.
+ 30% nếu doanh thu > 400.000 AUD/ năm.
+ 10% nếu công ty đã công khai niêm yết.
