Từ 12 giờ trưa (Theo giờ. AEST – giờ địa phương tại Úc) thứ Năm ngày 9 tháng 4 năm 2020, tiểu bang Victoria sẽ ngưng tiếp nhận hồ sơ visa đầu tư 132 và 188 của năm tài chính 2019-2020. Điều này đồng nghĩa với việc sẽ không không có hồ sơ mới nào được chấp nhận sau mốc thời gian trên.
Chính phủ tiểu bang Victoria vẫn sẽ tiếp tục xử lý những hồ sơ visa đầu tư 132 và 188 được tiếp nhận trước đó, thời gian xử lý hồ sơ vẫn theo quy định như trước đây. Những đề cử mới sẽ được chấp nhận trong năm tài chính 2020-2021.
Vui lòng tiến hành nộp các hồ sơ đang lưu trên trang web Live In Melbourne trong thời gian này. Sau thời hạn trên, các hồ sơ visa sẽ bị xóa và không thể truy cập được.
Victoria sẽ tiếp tục chấp nhận đơn đề cử cho các thị thực sau:
– Khu vực làm việc lành nghề (visa 491)
– Đề cử có tay nghề (visa 190)
– Đổi mới kinh doanh – Chỉ mở rộng (visa 188A)
– Nhà đầu tư quan trọng – Chỉ gia hạn (visa 188C)
– Đổi mới kinh doanh vĩnh viễn (visa 888A)
– Nhà đầu tư thường trực (visa 888B)
– Nhà đầu tư quan trọng vĩnh viễn (visa 888C).
Xin lưu ý, điều kiện của các chương trình có thể thay đổi mà không cần thông báo trước.
Như vậy tính đến thời điểm này đã có năm tiểu bang và vùng lãnh thổ Úc ngưng tiếp nhận hồ sơ cho năm tài chính 2019-2020 là New South Wales, Queensland, Nam Úc, Victoria & Australian Capital Territory. Điều đó chứng tỏ rằng, Úc luôn là thị trường đầu tư và định cư lý tưởng, luôn được các nhà đầu tư trên thế giới muốn đến sinh sống và làm việc phát triển lâu dài.
